• Status update to "Bad Timing" when leads are not ready.
• Status update to "Opted Out" upon a lead's request.
• Status update to "Interested" when a lead responds positively.

How it works

When using Hubspot to send emails to your prospects, you will utilize your personal inbox. All prospect replies will be directed back to this inbox.

In n8n, a workflow automation tool, you can use the "Gmail trigger" module to programmatically manage all your replies from Gmail.

Next, the text of the reply is sent to ChatGPT for classification, and the answer is handled based on the category assigned by the AI.
